Winter is a remarkable time of the year to experience the majesty of nature. And few regions are as remarkable as the national forests around Jackson Hole, Wyoming. With an extensive trail system ranging over hundreds of miles, the area boasts several of the nation's top ten snowmobiling destinations, allowing easy access to the natural attractions of this stunning wilderness.

With Jackson Hole as your home base, enjoy three full days of snowmobile touring. Led by experienced guides, explore the rounded peaks, sloping canyons and thick forest of the Gros Ventres Mountains. Riding the trails that frame Jackson Hole Valley, you'll have incredible views of the Grand Tetons and see wildlife such as elk, moose, coyotes and big horn sheep. Discover the beauty of the remote Grey's River area and the Wyoming Range as you ride in powder snow fields along the base of the mountains. And on your final day, ride to Granite Hot Springs where you'll have the unique experience of soaking in naturally warmed waters of 90 to 110 degrees while surrounded by snow-laden slopes.

Other highlights include a full-day tour of Yellowstone, America’s first national park and a UNESCO World Heritage site. From the snug warmth of a secure snow coach, keep an eye out for bison and elk as an experienced guide takes you to some of Yellowstone's most notable landmarks, including Lewis Falls, Lewis Canyon, West Thumb and the world's most famous geyser, Old Faithful. You'll also have a day on your own for optional activities such as skiing, dog sledding, snow shoeing, or exploring Jackson Hole's many boutiques and restaurants.

Day 1 - Arrive in Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Arrive at Jackson Airport and transfer to your hotel in the heart of Jackson Hole. Your evening is free.
Accommodation: Lexington Inn & Suites or similar - 6 nights

Day 2 - Gros Ventre Range
Start your snowmobiling adventure off with a wonderful ride in the Gros Ventre Mountains. Today will not only be a great day of snowmobiling but you’ll also have great opportunities to view wildlife. Ride the trails that frame Jackson Hole Valley with incredible views of the Grand Tetons. Elk, deer, moose, coyote and big horn sheep are common along the way. Lunch will be served in a private homestead cabin accessible only by snowmobile. Return to Jackson Hole with the evening free.

Day 3 - Yellowstone National Park
Depart Jackson and travel north through Grand Teton National Park to Flagg Ranch, your gateway to Yellowstone National Park where you will enjoy a full day touring via heated snow coach. From the snow coach, you will have a clear view of the park and its wildlife while listening to the insights of an experienced Yellowstone Park guide. As you tour, see some of the landmarks for which Yellowstone is famous, including Lewis Falls, Lewis Canyon, West Thumb and the world's most famous geyser, Old Faithful. See the geyser erupt and have time to explore on your own. Then return to West Thumb via snow coach and then out the south entrance to Flagg Ranch. Return to Jackson Hole where your evening is free.

Day 4 - Free Day in Jackson Hole
Today is a free day for you to enjoy all that Jackson Hole has to offer. The hotel staff can assist you with arrangements for optional activities such as another day of snowmobiling, skiing at Jackson Hole Ski Resort, cross country skiing, dog sledding, snow shoeing, and more. Or you may choose to explore the many shops, restaurants and art galleries in this fun western town.

Day 5 - Grey’s River
Today you'll experience the beauty and solitude of the remote Grey's River area, located south of Jackson Hole. This tour will take you up into the Wyoming Range where unforgettable scenery and exciting rides await you in powder snow fields at the base of these giant mountains. Enjoy a continental breakfast before taking off, and a tasty hot lunch served at the secluded Box Y Lodge. Return to Jackson Hole with the evening free.

Day 6 - Granite Creek and Hot Springs
A treat is in store for you today as you head out for a full-day snowmobile tour in the mountains east of Jackson. Our destination is Granite Hot Springs so don’t forget to pack your swim suit. Relaxing in the natural hot spring waters surrounded by snow covered mountains will be an experience to remember. A delicious BBQ lunch cooked pool side is included. Return to Jackson Hole with the evening free.

Day 6 - Depart Jackson
Transfer to the Jackson Airport for your return flight home.
