Official International Festival Sweepstakes Rules:
Eligibility: No purchase required to enter the Sweepstakes.
This promotion is only open to residents of Indiana who reside within AAA Hoosier Motor Club territory and are age 18 or older as of July 1, 2009 except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of AAA Hoosier Motor Club, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees, and agents. ("AAA," as used in these Official Rules, means American Automobile Association Hoosier Motor Club, their partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, agents and employees.) AAA, their employees, including their immediate families (spouse, children, siblings, parents and their respective spouses) and those living in their households, each of their advertising and promotion agencies, and their affiliates, licenses, subsidiaries, those involved in the development, production, implementation, and distribution of this sweepstakes, and/or any other entities associated with this sweepstakes, including but not limited to persons affiliated with AAA, are not eligible to participate, win, or use the prizes.
Entry: The Sweepstakes begins on November 17, 2009 and ends on November 23, 2009. AAA is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, for any technical or human error for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected entries not received by deadline for whatever reason. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of AAA and will not be returned. By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless AAA Hoosier Motor Club, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipts or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion. The winner shall accept loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered.
To enter the Sweepstakes, complete and deposit an Official Entry Form at the 2009 Indy International Festival in the designated receptacle, or complete the online form. You may enter as many times as you wish, however only one entry may be entered per day. No facsimiles, reasonable facsimiles or photocopies of the Official Entry Form will be accepted. By entering and participating you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of AAA. By entering, you also agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Sweepstakes Rules or in the contest itself. Entries must be deposited in the designated receptacle by the specified time. All entries must be deposited by November 23, 2009.
The potential winner will be selected on or about December 1, 2009 by AAA (whose decisions are final and binding in all aspects relative to this Sweepstakes), from among eligible entries received.
Prizes: There is one prize as follows:
1- Grand Prize : $500 travel voucher valid on any cruise, tour, or package vacation. Travel must be booked with AAA Hoosier Motor Club Travel Agency. Travel must be completed by December 1, 2010 Approximate total retail value of the prize is approximately $500.
Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes, the prize winners, and his or her traveling companions acknowledge and agree that AAA, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, employees and agents are released, discharged and held harmless from and is not responsible or liable for any liability with respect to all aspects if this Sweepstakes (including without limitation, any illness, losses, litigation, personal inquiry, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of poverty, reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) that may occur from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, processing, use or misuse of any prize.
In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules, participation, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of the State of Indiana, and that it shall be resolved within and by the court of that state.
